Loved my nails when done felt comfortable the whole time and that's hard for me lol

Came for a fullset/pedicure. When I sat down the guy was watching TV the whole time not paying attention to the way he was shaping my nails. They were all disfuctioned and when I politely asked him to fix them, he had the nerve to catch an attitude. When I asked just to soak them off he got outraged and saying I was going to have to pay extra when I offered to pay for the soak off. I asked him if someone else could fix my nails and the woman came to fix them but only to rush also. Worst nail outcome I've ever had and I've had some very bad ones. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!
