Great service and always friendly staff. They take their time and make you feel comfortable. I've been at other salons where staff are more interested in their cell phones than you. Pro Nails never has their phones out and their utmost attention is the customer. Nails are nicely done.

I LOVE all of the people at Pro Nails! It seems I've been going there for years, and only once have I had a broken nail. Ken fixed it immediately at NO CHARGE! They are very accommodating to my schedule. They even know me by my first name when I call for an appointment! Its a very pleasant experience having my nails done there. And, they are fast!

I needed my nails done for a formal event and the staff were able to get me in last minute. My French manicure still looks amazing 5 days later. Ken did a fabulous job.

Sat in the pedicure chair for about an hour and no one even put a towel at my chair. Just drew water and told me to sit. Meanwhile my friend right next to me gets hers done but they dont tell us they're upcharging the price for not telling us that there is a specific polish for a "basic" pedicure. All they said was pick a color and pointed at the wall...no customer service whatsoever. I understand you get busy but that doesn't mean ignore a customer for an hour!

I like this place but they charge me a different rate almost every time.... for the same service. Consistency would be nice. The language barrier is hard to get past sometimes
