Very unhappy with their customer service and the quality of their work. I went in for a broken nail and they acted like they didn’t want to fix my nail. I was told if they did not have my color, they couldn’t fix my nail, absolutely ridiculous! He partially removed my nail and tried to glue a new tip to acrylic instead of completely removing all of the acrylic from the broken nail. After I spoke up, he decided to soak the nail. While soaking the nail, I got up to find a better color match and he asked where I was going as if I was going to leave my $400 purse and iphone which were still in my seat and on his table. Once my nail was done, I realized he had just put on the bumpiest and misshapen nail everrrrrr!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! I went in for S-N-S nails, this is the worst service I have ever received. Tony used to do great jobs but this time solidified me not ever coming back. He filed my natural nails down too thin, they actual started to burn. He laughed and said that they were thin. I’d imagine they are with you filing them down. Than he put the color powder directly on my nail!!! No base, no builder, just color powder! He didn’t dip my nails he used a brush just as if he was doing an acrylic set. He finished with a gel top coat and me sitting under the UV lamp. My nails started to crack, chip, and break immediately. I went back the following day for them to repair and they only fixed one nail! As if they didn’t see all of my nails were cracked, chipped, and broken. $33 just given away.

It was terrible the whole time I was thinking this is not ehat it supposed to look like at any stage of the process. By the end i was so upset that i had paid 23 dollars for something that looked so bad real nail showing cuts smudged up paint different shaped nails and lengths. Im still very mad about hpw bad it looks. Save youraelf the time and dont go here.

Great service, usually! One obviously inexperienced tech has been hired. She cut me numerous times!

Great place!!!! Love the service.. but I've become a regular!!! TBH it's the only place I go!! Tell them exactly what you want and that's what they provide you with!! At least I get what I want!!!
