I was a loyal customer of Elite Nails for almost 15 years, ever since they first opened their doors in 2004 but I will NEVER go back there again! I always used to be happy with my experience and wouldn't think to go anywhere else. If someone asked, I was quick to recommend Elite Nails and confident they would enjoy their experience as much as I did... up until the last 2 years at least! For some reason they have done a complete 180 on all the aspects that kept me loyal to them. They now consistently give horrendous customer service and could care less when their customer is upset. The nail techs make you feel as though they are doing you a favor when it should be the other way around. Especially since the work coming out of Elite is nothing to be proud of. 9 times out of 10 I leave there highly disappointed with my nails not to mention my experience as a whole. The only thing you can count on besides the terrible service is that the prices are ALWAYS changing but yet they are extremely sneaky about it and won't say anything until you get up to the front to pay. First it was $20 for a standard fill, then it was $23, the next time it was $25, then $27 and finally somehow it was $40... All for still a standard fill! No gel, no design, no extra bells and whistles, only one polish, in fact I always have to provide that polish when going there due to a previous fungus issue. And forget about talking to the owners because they couldn't be bothered to care about anything you have to say, loyal customer or not. Actually that is probably where the techs get their horrible attitude and customer service from. I've tried over and over again to give them another shot to redeem themselves but every time I go back, my experience just gets worse and worse. I wish there was a way to give ZERO stars for this review because that is truly what Elite Nails deserves but I guess I'll have to settle for one. Needless to say, I will never recommend them to anyone again! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere because they won't appreciate it anyway!

Extremely rude. Don’t go here. Horrible customer service. Made a kid cry from their negative comments about the hair on her legs and she is only 8. Several techs made comments and laughed. Will never go back. Learn manners!!

This place is amazing. Every technician is well trained and very professional. The atmosphere is relaxing and they always take such good care of me there.

Friendly people, good prices and a very big selection of colors and services. I absolutely love this place and it's the only place I go to.

Used to be great....now horrible service. Made three appointments and verified; however, when I arrived they did not have me scheduled. Two other times my daughters and I had appointments, but still had to wait 30 minutes. Will never go back.
