This afternoon I was walking down town looking for a place to have my eyebrows waxed. I found Medusa Hair & Nails. This place was fantastic from the moment I walked in the door, till I left. The women working were extremely accommodating, as I did not have an appointment. I was immediately greeted and asked what I needed. They had other clients they were already taking care, but told me if I didn't mind waiting they would be more then happy to take care of me.
Olga who took care of me was amazing. I explained to her my last experience with waxing was horrible. I had a chunk of my eyebrow removed and the salon acted like it was no big deal, saying it's just hair it grows back. With this knowledge she took a mirror explaining exactly what she would do and making sure it's what I was looking for. Olga went the extra mile, asking if I wanted my brows trimmed and doing it, but also tweezing them after waxing to make sure they were perfect! Perfect they were!
This was by far the best experience I've had!
