My hair had been damaged from my previous stylist and the color they had used was sadly lacking and faded very quickly. Shannon worked miracles for me; getting the color back on track as well as a new cut which took years off! Great consultation skills too. Thank you Shannon. The staff are very friendly, especially Rose who made me feel so welcome and checked on me frequently to see if I needed anything. I am now a loyal customer thanks to the great experience I had on my first visit.

Be sure to make an appointment! Rumors, in the heart of Lake Arrowhead Village, is a very busy upscale har, nail and skin salon. Very elegant decore and fairly priced. I made the mistake of showing up for a haircut without an appointment. They could not fit me in. So here's my clue: call ahead and make an appointment - you won't be disappointed!
