Was recommended by a co-worker, was told it was good place a men's pedicure and a much needed leg massage. (run alot) Got Kim, she was attentive and friendly. Cute salon with a great craft beer / coffee shop next door. Call ahead , they were very busy ( which is good sign ) Kim told me she works at both locations

I got a gel pedicure and my toes were pretty rough but the sweet lady who did my toes paid amazing attention to detail and made sure my pedicure was perfect! I wish I lived in the area because this is the best gel pedicure I’ve had!

I have visited this salon two times and my experiences each time were very different. The first time I was very satisfied with the service and the polish looked great. The second time I went, the polish looked terrible, it had hundreds of tiny air bubbles and polish was on my cuticle on many of my nails. I didn’t notice till I got home because I chose a light nude color.
The next day I called to let them know that the polish was not done well and I asked them to redo the polish. After going into the salon, they looked at my nails, admitted they looked bad and said I would have to pay to repolish them because I didn’t notice yesterday.
That is unacceptable! They didn’t do it right the first time, I should not have to pay for them to fix their mistake.
I will be repainting my own nails tonight. This mani pedi was a special treat for my birthday, a gift my husband gave me. Totally wasted.

Don't often have pedicures and manicures but when I do, I choose Zen Nails. Nail Techs are experienced & always do a good job. Atmosphere is lovely, right on the Canal, makes fir a relaxing experience.

DO NOT GO HERE! Zero stars! This was the worst nail salon my friend and I have ever been to. I got a pedicure which was AWFUL and acrylic nails. I showed a picture of how I wanted my nails they acted like they could do it no problem and then did the COMPLETE OPPOSITE!! And then they charge me 85$!!! For a basic pedicure with no callous removal and no foot massage. And nails that are horribly shaped and NOTHING like what I wanted. They were rude and not at all geared to the customer.
