I have tried several different nail salons and this one is by far the best one I have ever gone to. They consistently do quality work. They don’t rush to finish. They take their time. Even when a bunch of people come in, they still take their time. I always leave feeling super pampered. My nails always look amazing. It’s never hit or miss. Even when I get different people, they all do great quality work. I won’t go any other place now. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

My sisters love it here. However my experience was just ok. I asked the older gentlemen for a regular pedicure three times. He still gives me the menu and I have to pick a more expensive pedicure as there is no other. Meanwhile my sister receives her regular pedicure next to me. A price difference of nearly $20. I know he understands what I am asking for and is trying to upcharge me. I have no time for the extras. I just wanted to be in and out. My cuticles are still sore from his services. If you go pick the right person and you will be happy.

Not the greatest service. I waited 2hours before I got a full set of SNS. Holly rushed on my nails, you could see my natural nail sticking out on almost every finger. Too top it off I had to put oil on my cuticles myself because she walked away to do something. Which I've never had that happen to me.

My family and I have been coming to Elation for a long time since they are located close to our home. I’ve always disliked the fact that they are kind of rude when working on you. They like to speak their language and laugh loud between themselves while working on your feet and hands. I assumed that it was OK as long as they provided a good service. Well, few weeks ago I was given a pedicure and a manicure by one of their girls and I could tell she was being rude to me by the way she was harshly handling my feet and then my hands . I even asked her if she was Ok to which she responded that she was fine .
When I was paying I took some courage and I told the owner that I thought the girl had been a little rude to me and that that was not fair. Immediately he defended her and made me feel like I was completely wrong. He never apologized or said I’ll make sure that doesn’t happen again.
I left feeling so wrong , but I thought well maybe she was just having a bad day.
Today, I came back to the place to get some services done and the owner who usually sits in the front seat and greets you and asks you what you want to get done, saw me walk in and not only did not greet me but did not even care to respond to my hello. He gave me such an unwelcoming look and did not say a word to me while I was seating in front of him waiting to be seated or at least asked what I needed to get done .
I sat there for few minutes and I realized that he was being rude and unwelcoming. In other words he was paying me back because I had dare to complain about one of his workers.
When it finally dawn on me that he was being nasty towards me, I left the place.
I am taking time to write this review, because I don’t think it’s fair for anyone to pay for a service and be mistreated in any shape or form. And not only that, I think that any good practicing business has the obligation to hear and acknowledge their costumers complains and investigate further.
I want to encourage everyone that reads this to always be nice and respectful towards all people that provide a service, but at the same time to always make sure you are treated the same way. If you ever feel like something is wrong, please let the manager or owner of the business know and based on his response make the decision if you should continue to leave your hard earned money with them. I should have never gone back to Elation...

My go-to salon! Tammy, Holly and Tu always do a great job!! Highly recommend
