I called first & they quoted me $35 for gel nails, but I wound up paying $60 for something completely wrong. I had a guy named Kenneth who didn’t speak much, nor much English. He was very confusing. This was my first manicure so I figured the nail tech would know how to guide me. I asked for gel nails & he acted like he didn’t know what I was asking for. Then, he pulled out acrylic powder & when I asked again for gel (builder this time - I remembered from trying to do my own nails), he pulled out the correct stuff & proceeded to mix it with the acrylic powder anyway! Then, he commented my nail bed is wide & kind of flat like I have ugly nails. I’ve done my own & I do short square and they never looked ugly, I just really didn’t know what I was doing so I wanted to see what a pro does. I don’t think he was much of a pro but they did turn out nice.
I called to speak with the owner a couple days later because it seemed really off what he did. He demanded I come back in to talk with him since he claimed he didn’t understand what I was saying. He said Kenneth did it right but when I called back a few days later to book another appt with Kenneth, I was told he was on vacation. I asked when he’d return, I was told he probably wouldn’t since he may be fired. It sounded like the owner again. Just really unprofessional again. I decided to ask a few friends about their nail salons. I won’t be going back.

sadly didn't get what I wanted. tried this place out for the first time and thought id be grateful with what I walked out with based off of the reviews, I was wrong.

I went to this place for the first time on Wednesday as I signed in I checked the prices for what I wanted which was a pink and white full set ombré and a polish change on my feet it seemed to be reasonable so I sat when it was my turn had nice conversation with the guy that did my nails and overall I was happy with the service until he handed me a bill for $76! According to the price list it should of been around a $50 total. When I asked why so high he said cause he used some special acrylic that we never discussed and I sure as hell didn’t ask for and extra for the shape I chose! To top it all off my nails got done on Wednesday by Saturday this same week, I have nails lifting and my toe polish started chipping the next day! What a rip off! I hate I wasted my money and time.
