My wife and I went here a couple weeks ago. She wanted he nails removed and I needed fill ins. They just popped her nails off without soaking them essentially ruining her nails!! Then with my fill in and gel paint, the paint job was HORRIBLE I had to have them touch some of them up and when I got home realized how sloppy it was. There were clumps of polish under my nails. I will not be going back here. I'd rather go somewhere farther away.

I have been going to The Nail Place for years and LOVE it! It's clean, professional and my nails always look amazing! Regardless that it's only by appointment, Ali will always find a way to fit you on the schedule! It's the best place to get your nails done!

I am one of the the owners of The Nail Place (located at 3806 Seneca St) and the review left by Kaytie Craigmyle and her wife is unfounded and has been reported. I wasn't alerted until today that this review existed. I didn't recognize either of these girls ever being in our shop, let alone in the past few weeks. I immediately checked all the appointment books (because we are by appointment only/no walk-ins) of all our girls that work here, and neither of their names were found in any of the books, not in the past few weeks or even months. My hope is that this was left under the wrong nail salon, since we are surrounded by discount nail salons in all directions. My other hope as that this was not done with malicious intent. I have not run a successful business for over 25yrs by doing HORRIBLE work. We pride ourselves for our impeccable service, and if anyone has ever been unsatisfied with a service, we've always done our best to make the client happy in the end. Thank you for reading and hopefully the negative review will be removed.
