WHAT IS WRONG WIT THEM???
First of all the nail techs DO NOT LISTEN TO THE COUSTOMER. They do what they want and even when you tell them you don’t want something done they still carry on like you didn’t speak.
The woman doing my nails did not listen to me and did not acknowledge me when I spoke. I requested that my natural nail be left in tact and she still shaved it down. I got a no chip gel polish that chipped A DAY LATER.
I love for Paulina to do my brows but her wax BROKE THE WHOLE TOP OF MY FACE OUT. As if she hasn’t changed her wax is weeks. Disgusting. Not to mention the establishment it’s self look ragged and torn up.
Overall it seems as if they don’t care and do the absolute bare minimum to get your money. So disappointed. Go find a nice black owned salon ladies these people don’t care about us !!!

I get very good service from the techs. My complaint and concern is lack of cleanliness. They are open seven days a week. The place itself is filthy. No time is set aside to clean. The washroom is unsanitary. And the amount of dust is obvious.
The other thing is the allowance of very small children in the facility.
Very small and newborns should not be exposed to the fumes. Most women come to have a relaxing time to have their feet or nails done. Not to have to hear a out of control toddler or a newborn crying. Nor listen to a mother yelling at a child.
NO CHILDREN.

I liked the service and the lady who was doing my nails did a wonderful job! But! I got home the same day took my shoes off and put on my house shoes to have a chipped no-chipped pedicure the same day I got it. I was so sad because I paid 75 for a cat eye no chip mani and pedi!

Prices are good. But the places is dirty. Needs an update and a good cleaning!

This nail shop is too too comfortable. THE customer service here is horrible. The nail tech was rough ,moody and passive aggressive.The attitude in the atmosphere was DRY. The mirrors dirty the workstations dirty everything is dirty. With that said. I feel certain businesses that come to African American neighborhoods should be voted out if they are disrespectful. I feel if you come to united states and get loans to open businesses; you should be humble and appreciate all business. Now let back to peeling off this acrylic of my skin. Oh please bring sanitizer and moisturiser. Thier equipment is old and used.
