My shellac barely lasted a week. Nice people but very mediocre quality. I think their shellac machines aren’t of good quality. Expensive for the results.

Queens Nails cares for my manicure, pedicure and lashes. Lisa and Jenny take great care with all services. Jenny is always learning new procedures and in a constant mode of improvement. I am very impressed with her high quality standards.

Customer service is severely lacking. Mancurist slapped
flies wIth a handtowel while sitting on her stool doing pedicure. Annoyingly pushy about trying to up sell basic things like nail polish ... “$2 more, last longer, “ to foot scrub ...”cost $5 dollar more” (an extra cost added to the most deluxe pedicure offered), “ $5 more” to square shape full set of nails. Quality of work is mediocre. Disappointing.

Shellac should last 2 to 3 weeks, well mine lasted 4 days! One finger nail started to chip after the 2nd day and then 3, 4 the next days! Compare to other places it is way too expensive for the quality of their product! No thank you!
