I have been going to Arland at A Shear Obsession for about a year now and she is an absolute hair wizard! She always has great suggestions for cuts and colors (I frequently leave with mermaid and peacock hair). When I first came to her I was in the process of growing out my mohawk and she made my transition effortless.
