Although they are short on staff I have not had my nails done to perfection in a long time. Vinings Nails is the best place to go. This place was a breath of fresh air! I am extremely satisfied and I now have a regular nail salon! Thank goodness!

I honestly have to get mom a hug after my pedicure. It was a long day. So when I say she took her time and was so detailed with my pedicure. She was so pleasant and sweet to have. Then when I was switched to another tech she offered the same service as well. If you are in Smyrna or the surrounding cities this is the place to go.

Just moved to the area so I am looking for a new nail salon. Checked reviews and even though the reviews were not great, it was convenient so I gave it a try.
I waited about 30 minutes after making an appointment at 1pm. When the nail tech finally got to me, she was very annoyed that I asked if they had time for a pedicure as well. She could have said no but didn't and decided to do both my pedicure and nails.
Apparently, she could not get both done in time and started complaining that I made her late for her next appointment, multiple times. She was jerking my hands, literally throwing them when she got done with each finger. I have never experienced such behavior.
On top of all that, she criticized my previous salon's work, which was very unprofessional. My previous salon did my nails perfectly and exactly what I wanted. I asked for sheer pink powder and she put a pink powder that I did not want saying that this pink looked better than the other.
I should not have tipped her but I did because I felt bad that I made her late. She walked off and never said 'thank you.' Just turned her back and walked off.
My advice: pay attention to reviews and do not waste your money here. There are plenty of other nail salons that I am quite confident would not treat customers so rudely and criticize other professionals in their field, especially since her "work" was mediocre, at best.

Normally a very nice experience, Kimmie is a perfectionist. A different nail tech today however appeared to be angry and kept up her attitude the entire time.. horrible experience. Resolve your issues and don't carry them into the customer experience

I went there this evening to get my nails done. A lady asked what I wanted done, and I told her I wanted a gel manicure. I was instructed to choose a color like normal. After waiting for several minutes, another woman walked up to me and asked me to come back tomorrow since they were “booked”. I told her that I would not come back tomorrow or any other day. If they couldn’t take me, they should have said that from the beginning instead of wasting my time. It was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I left and went to the nail salon down the street where my business was welcome.
