Clean environment. Pleasant techs. But, sloppy gel manicure. Polish is all over cuticles and fingers. She cut my nails without asking. Did not ask how I wanted them shaped. Changed them from square w/rounded corners to rounded. Did not cap the ends. Sticky finish with funk all over nails. $32 for re-gel. Too high for poor quality. If it hadn’t been a Monday and my regular place closed. Lesson learned. I’ll be back to my regular place next time.

I went to get my nails fixed because in one day they lifted and KIM JOWERS not only kept blaming me for "lifting something too heavy" with my nails or saying if it happens again to come get them removed because I could be allergic to the chemicals... I've kept my nails done for years and never had a problem. The ones she “fixed” are way too short. It’s just all terribly uneven, the nails and paint. She tried to cover it with the tip and basically did a rush job to get me out. Also the place I went advertised $3 nail repair and she charged me $10 so that was her “tip”. She honestly didn't deserve one.

Too high for a basic fill. She charged $25 and it wasn't gel, did a sorry job. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

The first time I went my nails looked good and the price was fair but it was not the cleanest place and due to her incomplete prep, I had to come back within a week for two repairs due to lifting from the bottom, and she continued to ask ME how I ruined my nails... I wasn't even working or really leaving the house that week. I will not go back here. I got a fill at another place and I am so much happier. Also repairs were advertised as $3 per nail, and she charged me $10 for two...
