The best nail shop on the east side of town. They don't let you walk out with just anything. They understand that their putting they name and brand on it so they make it their best work. I love Helen and her daughter. Those two are my top too. Even there was no Helen or her daughter Cali wouldn't be the same! ❤ highly recommend!!

I didn't have an appointment, only waited a short time to get started on my pedicure. The young man did a good job and was polite.

I've only been here twice. Each experience was different, which shows a lack of consistency. So here goes my review.
First of all, I am reviewing the pedicure services only. I'm not much of a manicure getter, If that's even a word. This place is near my home and the pedicure they offer is $25. When you walk in, you can see that the place needs some renovations and the equipment is a little outdated. The reason I stayed/went for a 2nd time was- as previously stated, affordability and convenience.
The first lady that did my pedi was very meticulous and seemed to care about her work. I was pleased in her service, but left wanting more. By the time they run the water in the basin, it's time for them to start the process. No time to let your feet soak, no hot towels, no sugar scrub . Just a sprinkle of water, clip your nails, paint them and your off. The paint job did last about 4 weeks without chipping so I was pretty happy with that.
My 2nd trip here was not the same. An older lady was my service provider. She did not seem pleasant and I had to remind her of the base coat. When it was over, there was excess polish around the nail that she didn't wipe off. Again, I would've enjoyed letting my feet soak for at least more than two minutes before she was ready to start. I guess you get what you pay for here. Paint job chipped in about 3 days.
This place is ok when you're in a pinch. But I doubt if I'll be back. I don't mind spending money on quality services, as long as it's reasonable. I'm not sure I saw a health score but the condition of the equipment makes me question what it is.

I am an every 2 week customer, and has been coming for about a year, almost. Amy who normally does my nails is on vacation for 9 weeks and my service was done by someone else. I was not satisfied with the services and expressed it. And No I was not trying to get out of paying. I get a pedicure and fill in every 2 weeks with gel polish(not a cheap service). But my problem is when I expressed my dissatisfaction the owner tried to be confrontational about it. Her daughter was kind and fixed them for me. It made me feel bad because I’ve never had a problem and to treat me like I was trying to cause a problem, really hurt my feelings! I made an appointment with the owners daughter until Amy returns!

It's sometimes a little crowded because they are sooo amazing at what they do!!!!
