I called and left a message during business hours that I wanted to make a hair cut appointment, they never called me back...
They advertise walk-in apts, I tried and no one was available, and they didn't seem to care to lose the business.
I called again and left a message during business hours that I wanted to make a hair cut appointment, and once again they never called me back.
In this economy there is someone who really wants your business, so I say take your business else where.

You can tell their only 2 good reviews are either the owner who wrote them or a worker how obvious i thought i was reading a commercial script
