went for a regular fill now one of my nails are broken and the other is chipping gel paint. I’m not satisfied so this will definitely be my last time ever goin here...terrible job even after I asked the nail person to put on tips over my regular nails because I wanted them to last wouldn’t breaking or chipping....

Just got my nails done at Top Nails & Spa by Katie! They're beautiful and she did such a wonderful job!

very rude. I was on the phone with them and I was talking and the lady hung up on me..

Went in for fill and pedicure. 5 people on staff and no other customers. Had fill done and they said it would be a minute for pedicure. Then all 4 girls left to get food. 1 guy was left and he said they'd be right back. Really? 4 girls chit chatting picking up food! I'm no, empty salon and I found it to be the rudest thing they all walked out on me. Plus the guy wouldn't even do it. I walked out.

Girl on the phone said my manicure and pedicure was $28 but in the store they changed it to $45 .. then tried to charge my friends card by covering up the tip line .. they won't see me again.
