This was my first time here & made an appointment. They were very busy, but were able to accommodate any walk ins that came their way. The owner Tracy did my nails and they are fabulous! I will definitely be back again!

I have gone to this place for a few years and I used to really like them. Even when they changed their policy to only accept tips in cash, I went out of my way to get cash and continued to patronize this business. This past Saturday though (4/13/19), I had an appointment for three people to get manicures and pedicures, and had the worst experience I’ve had here. Despite having an appointment, we spent a large amount of time waiting around, and our services were all done at different times. All services were done horridly and without much care. At the end of the service, I was informed that I owed an extra $5 for the removal of no-chip polish. I was never made aware of the surcharge prior to the time I took my card out to pay. If anything, I think we should have been given a discount for the quality of service, but instead I was slapped with a surprise extra fee. If I had been made aware of the fee ahead of time, I could have made an informed decision on whether I wanted a regular manicure or no-chip. If this place were more transparent about their fees overall, I could have avoided the situation by removing the old polish myself. At the end of the day, $5 isn’t the end of the world, but this business will not be getting any more of my money.
