I wouldn't even give them 1 star .went in to get gel nails and didn't even get that. They polished my nails. I was late for an event I had to go to cause I was on the phone seeing if they would fixed it . I was told to come back and owner would fix it. I went back in after my event and the owner didn't want to fix it saying that I got what I asked for .I said no I wanted nails put on .she then wanted to charge me $22 more dollars to put the nails on so I left and I'm on way to another salon .very unhappy i could have even done the polish better

Dream Nails is the best nail salon!!! I have tried going to other local nail salons (closer to house), but they can't do the job like the crew at Dream Nails. Thank you again for making my nails look beautiful!!!!! ~ Crystal 😘

Shame on me for not reading past reviews. The person who did my pedicure had to new because I could have done a better job my husband under protest would have done a better job. I have polish on my skin that is unacceptable . I asked that they not sugar scrub my legs and they all started talking and laughing. At this point I was upset that they were laughing at me and thought I was stupid for not getting the leg scrub. They also cut my nail to short. Bottom line don't go to this place based on other post I will probably end up with an infection since they half ass clean the foot tubs. Its 8 hours later and I am still pissed and don't even want to look at my feet.

I came here after City Nails and Spa said they couldn't do what I wanted (which is what I always get in alpharetta near my job). So I came to Dream nails, explained what I wanted, had a brief discussion about doing it, but ultimately said they could do it. I sat down right away. The lady was quick and did an amazing job. The overall customer service was superb as well. Lesson in how to gain vs. lose business.
