i have gotten my nails done here about 4-5 times. every time I have come away with less than impressed feeling and have felt that they were borderline rude often.
This last time takes the cake! My friend and i got a mani-pedi and i asked for a flower. The guy did the same boring flower that he always does the other times I have gone and this time it didn't have enough color contrast so I asked him to put a second coat on it to have the color pop more. He said that he couldn't. I insisted saying "sure you can! all you have to do is do that part again and it will be dark enough."
He did it and i thought everything was fine, but apparently not! after that he put the gem on the toe which we had to specifically ask for instead of him automatically doing it and he acted like he didn't know what i was talking about. the one he put on mine i could barely see so i requested that he add a clear one so that it would be more visible. He did it and i thought it looked good. When he was done he said "There! is that to your satisfaction?!" in a snarky way that i ignored and figured maybe it was reasonable for him to feel that way since he's not used to women asking for what they want in such a specific way.
Then he proceeded to redo my friends big toes and put flowers on hers again. He did this three times and both of us were totally surprised and had no idea why. She hadn't asked for it and hers looked fine. It was weird. I asked him why he was doing it and he completely ignored me. My friend and i looked at each other and shrugged our shoulders.
As we were getting ready to leave, I said "thank you!" to which he completely ignored again. Then he called my friend over separately and told her that she was welcome to come back, but not to bring her friend. Basically that i was no longer welcome there!
I am completely stunned and have never heard of anything so unprofessional, especially since there was no reason for it other than apparently, he got mad. I wasn't mad, I was just asking for what i wanted!
I think there prices are somewhat high, but not considering that they do all the massaging and the wax and hot rocks. they don't seem to be consistent with what they do though, because i noticed other times i've gotten the neck massage and they didn't give that this time, as well as not offering the gem. But their actual skill level in doing the nails leaves something to be desired in my opinion and has every time i have gone there.
The other nail salon i used to go to in cedar park, would put little masterpieces on my toes and this guy just does the same lame flower every time!

Best lil massage in a while. Legs and shoulder. Everyone welcomed me. Great color selection in both regular and gel. Unrushed, at 3pm, and well executed. The $27 regular pedicure came with a loy more than average places. It's right next door to Beijing Foot spa where i get weekly massages. Think i found my new spot!

Wow...but a negative wow! I came in for the first time and they didn't welcome me with a smile. I was picking my color for a pedicure and they were rushing me I felt uncomfortable I decided to changed my mind and I said "no thankyou" then I walked out and the owner came out yelling at me saying to "never come back ever I don't want you here".
Thank you and I don't recommend this place to anyone!
What kind of welcome is that?

My wife and I came here and had great time. They even talked me into my first pedicure. Made me feel comfortable and even gave me a complimentary shoulder rub! Great ppl here!

Glad to find my go-to nail salon in town! Great price point ($25 for a basic pedicure) with a lot of service (stone massage, exfoliating, all the typical cuticle treatments...). They also have the largest color selection I've seen, including the shellac! My toes still look great a week later. You are handed a bottle of water when you arrive and the staff all seemed very eager to make your experience pleasant.
