Stopped in close to 4pm yesterday (Sat 4/29) and got right in. Unbeknownst to me, it was close to closing as the gal stated before I sat down. I showed her the pixie cut I wanted and she gave me something completely different. She clipper cut too high in back which did not allow enough length needed for the back/side corners. Additionally, the crown had to go shorter which I specifically said not to cut, because it was the the length I knew I needed so the corners would not be cut wrong. She also textured the top so haphazardly that one side of the top is thinner than the other and ultimately shorter in places that changed the shape of the cut. Because it was so close to quitting time, she rushed through my cut in 10 minutes. Never again.

Stood in line for over 10 minutes and finally got to the front of the line and was told I cannot have a haircut. Not worth my time most likely not going there again.

This was last summer 2016. I asked for my hair to be cut using #3 sheer, going short at the neck and then taper out at the top leaving about 1.5 inches on top. The girl acknowledged what I wanted. But, she instead cut my hair the same length all over using the #3 sheer. She asked "how's that?" I said "short, I won't have to worry about the summer heat". I didn't feel bad about not tipping her.
