Caused an infection under my toe nail from using unsanized instruments between customers, they do not keep proper logs of the sign in sheets and do not give a receipt if you pay cash giving them the argument that you were never there. I'm now stuck seeing a podiatrist for the next year, and they refuse to accept responsibility or acknowledge a service that I paid for and had my toe end up looking like this.

I went here on a whim instead of my normal spot in McCandless crossing. I will not be returning. This place was extremely dirty, I was half tempted to call the health department. One of the most shocking things- as the sun was setting and shining brightly into the salon I could see the floor was covered in nail dust. You could see defined foot prints in the dust!

I had an amazing experience last month. The girl that did my nails was amazing with dip nail polish. I went today and it looks like I painted my own nails. The guy that did mine was not very good with dip nail polish. I had bare spots and my nail polish near my cuticles was completely uneven on some nails. I’m very disappointed after paying $40. 😔

Rude staff. If i could give zero stars i would. The check in girl told me to come back in an hour then made to wait another 30 minutes, then when i asked how long, she pretty much just told me to leave. Will never go back.
