New owner is very polite an sweet the staff was excellent an did wonderful work its been two weeks an my feet still look great me an my mom enjoyed this shop an will be back soon thanks for the excellent service

I've been ALL over Charlotte to have my nails done. Bloomingnails is the only place, I've ever walked out of satisfied by the quality of the work and the courtesy/customer service of the staff. These women do a fantastic job and are always pleasant. I love this place and wish I'd gone sooner!

Love this place. Have been going there almost 3 years and they keep my diabetic feet feeling good and healthy. Fun to chat with and always smiles and chatter among the customers.
