Today, I got a full set because in the past they have done extremely well on my nails. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they looked at it the whole time while doing my nails. I continuously had to correct them on the color because it was no where near the picture, which they could obviously see. I left extremely disappointed and wanting to paint over my acrylics because it’s that disappointing. The nails were a simple ombré yet you wouldn’t even know by looking at my nails. The worker also seemed in a rush and cut me many times. I loved this business, but now I do not think I will return simply because i spent $60 on something I did not want at all

I went in to get shellac done. This lady rushed through the drying process and I was gonna say something but I know those dryers dry pretty well anyway... so I said nothing. The same day and 4 days after, all my nails started to chip and peel off. I was super irritated. So I went back and told them, they fixed them for free which was nice. BUT, she rushed through it again... and a day later my nails are chipping again. So I won’t be going back!!!! 🙄🙄

You do not get the people you request. When I requested 2 people here each time I went I NEVER got who I asked for. I got some random person each time. Then I get a greenie within 2 weeks of getting SNS dipping powder. Its suppose to last up to a month. Greenie is a bacteria that grows on the nail bed that turns nail green from dipping powder lifting and allowing moisture to get trapped under it or it can happen from contaminatednail tools. I've never gotten that so fast until I went here and then when I went back to get shellac since with greenie I can't have sns again because it hurts too much to drill on, they didn't even know it was a greenie. Professional nail techs should be able to spot that immediately. I will never come back here. Sns at tonys last 9 weeks with no lifting at all. Here barely lasts 2 weeks.....horrible
