Great haircut from Abbey and it cost less than the tip I leave at my usual salon. I have received several compliments. I’ll definitely be back.

Went in for a trim and to have layers put in... guy who did it was not friendly, barley did anything at all to my hair and I'm beyond ticked that I paid $16 for basically just an inch trim... I could have went else where for cheaper and gotten a better result. Very poor customer service and very poor stylist... Will never go back

Stopped in 8 different times on different days, different times. Always turned away with "We are booked for the rest of the day." You must book online to get a haircut here.

Don’t bother going here as you will never get in. I stopped in twice when there were no customers and was turned away because they were “too busy.” Apparently waitlist customers are more valuable than someone who walks in on their own time. I also tried calling to see how long of a wait there was. A 45 minute wait and I was not allowed to schedule a simple haircut for a later time. I will continue to use my previous salon - they are on the other side of town, but it’s better than patronizing a business with a horrible scheduling model...
