Even one star I feel like a lot for those people who work there. I know how much we should! respect people who work hard on those nail places but how they acting- its terrible, they made me write this paragraph.
I came for "emergency " nails done due to job interview I had scheduled. Place was MT and only 5 workers were there, one specialist said I need to pick color and I can sit in chair after it. I was sitting in chair myself! all workers disrepair in the back and after waiting around 6 min I decided to leave, But when I was leaving , I had no one even say - I am leaving, no one came to me from the back of store at all. I wonder what it was? is that was way to show how much they.. disrespect me??

Amazing place to go to. Asked for a full set and pedi with gel and worth every penny along with great atmosphere and excellent customer service! Totally recommend

2 Stars because the nails looked pretty.
Other than that.. I went in there ready to spend less than what they charged. Pedi for me & my Daughter. Refills, 1 broken nail, & her Eyebrows. First of all they didn't really scrub the feet. just soak in water n clean nails n cubicle. Scrubbed for like a min & my feet are not as soft. I'll be scrubbing myself. The tech who did my refill didn't understand what I wanted done. I had to demonstrate because she didn't understand English much. Which is ok. But, I had to repeat myself 3 times. Than I had wanted just gold & blue nail polish with a butterfly design they had on display, on the gold nail. She told me no. It could only be like the display. Which was a white nail with black outline of a butterfly n light puple. SO I got 1 nail white just to get the design. n the butterfly was a dark purple instead. Also my Daughter didn't like the polish So she asked them to change the color. Got charged another $10. There is no price plan up. So I feel like they overcharge . I feelI did. I got charged $141. usually other places it's not as much. They didn't give me the color with design I wanted cuz they don't do that. Ridiculous! overpriced. n not too good customer service.

Me and my friends got pedi cures and the hot stone massage. We all enjoyed ourselves. The nail polish is still after 2 weeks so I'm happy. I usually just get my brows done here but will now come for pedicures too! We even got offered wine. I thought prices were descent and people and atmosphere are nice.

Rude, expensive, unprofessional, no respect towards clients, when they are very busy they offer you a service that your not looking for and will ask you to come back the next day for what your really looking for. Unbelievable
