This place is near my job so I decided to go after work to get just a pedicure. I got there at 5:40pm, they told me to pick the color and wait. After 5-7 minutes a lady sets up the chair and tells me to sit and put my feet in the water. I sit there, and probably about 4 other people that came in after me get help while I am still waiting there with my feet in the water unattended. a worker comes and sits next to me to get her pedi done, by this time its 6:40 pm, my feet have been in the water for over 25 minutes, another co worker comes and starts doing the co workers feet (the one that just sat by me.) I decide to get up and the first lady that had told me to sit and wait in the chair (whom is doing a seconds persons nails since she sat me) tells me to wait, I tell her no that I am leaving, she just says ok and I had to walk out of there with my feet wet, not even a towel or an apology received. Very unprofessional and they are not cheap. Not recommended.

I had French Manicure and Spa Pedi. Nails looked beautiful. Friendly service and they are open on Sundays! I will definitely go again.

This nail salon is super clean!. I just found out that is under the new management absolutely great service and nice greeting. The lady that did my nails all the time still there, I see a lot of people come to do nails at X nails. I always come here, she did the wonderful job. Always make me happy here.

Under New Management, Sandy is the best. The prices are great . The Quality of work is amazing. I recommend this place to everyone!! Best Nail Place in all Miami!
