They didn't tell me before hand that long nails cost extra and made us pay 14 extra. Cut my cuticles and kept waking away when doing our nails. Horrible customer service and alright nails. I suggest going somewhere else.

i went to get my nails with my mom, i was very clear with the guy i wanted acrylic regular nails he told me to pick the color which i did... he came back from taking a call outside and told me to pick another color from another section which i told him again i DO NoT want gel polish he said ok no problem... he did my nails very fast and they LoOked horrible intold him medium short and he cut them reallly short...and he was on the phone arguing with somebody...long story short when it was time to pay it went from 25$ to 45$ because of the GeL polish so becareful when you go... they talk so fast they trick you I m NeVER going back. 75$ for my nails ans my moms manicure... worst place my nails look so ugly...

1st impression is everything! Customer service was horrible! No one said hello upon me entering the store. The nail techs were rude(both the man and the little older lady) , and my nails looked like a 2nd grader did them. A Caucasian woman came in and was treated completely different!! They greated her and had a full conversation with her while doing her nails. First and last time going!!! The only reason I stayed was because I needed them done and they were the only one open on a Sunday.

I had THE BEST experience here today. I've been to so many places, and these guys are so great! Super nice, did a great job, and very accommodating!
