I got my eyebrows done here about a month ago and the girl did a great job. Today, I got a pedicure and almost left before she had barely begun. First, I had gel polish on my toenails that needed to be removed. She chose to remove by manually filing and use of acetone. Most places use the electric file which works great and is very quick. Tammy began removing the gel as I was looking at the menu. I chose the cheapest pedicure because I knew adding gel polish would cost more. I asked how much. She told me my total was $40. I looked shocked. She then babbled about it being extra and them later told me it was $18 for gel. I wasn’t convinced. I almost left, but she has already started to remove my polish. She then stated it was $5 extra to remove my gel after she had already started. Sounded fake but whatever. I had already decided I’ve never be back. She then asked me to move to a different chair on the other side of the salon so that a group of three ladies that had come in after me could sit together. She proceeded to file and cut so roughly and carelessly that she cut me and I bled. She then wiped and sprayed acetone on my toes and cut 6 times. I kid you not! Stung like hell. I probably flinches a total of 15 times during the whole pedicure. This did not cause her to apologize or ease up. I will NOT be returning to Premier Nails.

Clean and pretty place. Wonderful, friendly talented technicians. Great pedicure stations with massage chairs with whirlpool footbaths.

I visit Premier Nails every month. The staff is courteous. The location is clean. My nails are always PERFECT.

STAY AWAY from this nail salon. I had to give 1 star in order to post, but they don't even deserve that. I was very impressed the first time I went. Had gel nail polish put on my own nails and it was the best I had ever had. Lasted beyond the normal time. This time, when I got home, the next day I had a chipped area and within a few more days (less than 1 week) I had the polish coming off from 2 other nails which caused them to break. I called and was told to come in, but I could not get in....I don't live nearby and was leaving to go out of town. I called back today and offered to take pics of the lousy job they did and was told to come in to have only the first one taken care of. Again, told her I couldn't come until 13th of December. That is why I offered to take pics and send to her. She also hung up on me and when I called back, tried to tell me that I hung up from her. If that had been the case, why would I have called back. They just lost a returning regular customer. Not that they care.
