Professional from beginning to end. I was greeted with a smile by the front desk then Amanda was on time for my appointment. (This was important since I had another appointment promptly after this.) Amanda understood what I needed in a color and cut and am already receiving compliments!

Personal Images has a welcoming atmosphere. The ladies there are nice. My stylist, Amanda, is always knowledgeable about the newest products that are available and what would work best with my hair.

TRACY looked at PICTURES I showed her front, back, sides. SHE ACTED LIKE SHE KNEW THE STYLE I SHOWED HER but I came out with a broken heart and HER words to me, WELL IT WILL GROW IN and I GOT THE SIDES SHORT, she said, an added IM SORRY.
THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE A WEDGE AND HAIR ON SIDES AND NOT CUT SO SHORT YOU DONT NEED A BRUSH
BUT SHE LEFT ME WITH THE WORST HAIR CUT I HAVE EVER HAD
A BOYS CLIPPER CUT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE PICTURE
I JUST HAVE TO ENDURE COMMENTS, WHO DID THIS AN DID YOU SAY ANYTHING? YES I HAVE HAD THE PICTURE HAIR CUT BEFORE BUT I LIVE IN A DIFFERENT AREA NOW AND THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME THERE AND YES I DID TELL HER THIS DID NOT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE PICTURES I SHOWED . APOLOGY IS NOTHING WHEN YOU RUIN A WOMENS HAIR AND THEY HAVE TO LIVE WITH THE MISTAKE TILL IT GROWS OUT. PERSONEL IMAGES HAS TOOK MY COMMENTS OFF THERE SIGHT, HAVE THEY DONE THIS TO OTHERS ? UPDATE!!! STILL WAITING FOR HAIR TO GROW!!!! PRETTY MUCH THE SAME JUST WISH HAIR GREW FASTER SO THIS WONT BE MONTHS.

Wow, I am very impressed! Personal Images did a fantastic job. I was greeted at the door, and I was given a glass of water. Felicia quickly directed me to the table, and she helped me understand details and prices. I was able to pick the color I wanted, and I love it. I will never underestimate the power of a great manicure again!
