I came into the salon around 4:30pm. I told one of the nail techs that I wanted Nancy to do my nails. There was another woman waiting before me, so she was serviced first. Nancy finished the woman’s nails around 5:55pm. When it was finally my turn, Nancy said that she doesn’t do long nails and that she couldn’t remove my rhinestones (though I have been there before and gotten my nails done long). I waited over an hour for no reason. It was probably one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had. If my nails weren’t able to be filled there, they should’ve told me that when I first walked in and not over an HOUR after I arrived.

I have been going here every few weeks for the past 2 years, and I've never had a bad experience. My acrylics last a long time, are flat and well-executed, and dont break the bank. The service is amazing if you act like a real human being and speak respectfully (imagine that!). I have watched plenty of people be incredibly rude and entitled to Nancy and Tony, and it just doesn't need to happen. They take appointments and walk-ins, but I would say that walking in is better (just call in and ask how many people are waiting first).

Terrible job. A two year old could have done a better job. Also, not the cleanest place.

Got a half ass pedicure on Thursday and by Friday the polish on my toes was already coming off. Service was not worth it $30.
