This place gets an easy 10/10!!! The friendliness from all of the staff and the cleanliness of the location create a comfortable environment from start to finish. Then the quality is top notch and I can’t stress that enough. This is only my second visit but I knew I had to come back when my last set (also from here) lasted more than a month with absolutely no lifting or breakage.
The owner went above and beyond to make my vision come true! 100% recommend.

Jenny Le and family are the sweetest people and they do the best work! I have been going here for years I will not go anywhere else! She is a perfectionist and all her other staff are wonderful as well! Her salon is clean and it is a nice relaxing environment. I highly recommend Jenny Le Nail Salon!!

I went to Jenny Le Nails after not having my nails done for many years and never having a pedicure. They were very patient with me explaining their process/products. The salon was also very clean. They made my time there pleasant and did a wonderful job. I would recommend going there. You won’t be disappointed with the experience and you couldn’t ask for nicer people to do the job!!!

I have known and have had my nails done by Jenny /Trang for 25 years. She is not only a friend but like a sister. As a nail technician, she is a consummate professional. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, accommodating, personable, generous and meticulous when practicing her craft. Her prices are fair and she always offers you a beverage and/or snack. Her husband and daughter, Jenny, work with her and demonstrate the same level of excellence. A superior nail salon, I would never dream of going any place else. They are the best!

I went for the first time to have pedicure and manicure here. Jenny the daughter was the one who did them for me and I was very pleased with her professionalism.
I went back to have my gel manicure remove from my hands and again Jenny the daughter did a really good job.
But when I went to have the gel pedicure remove and hard skin remove from one of my toes her mom Jenny gave me the appointment.
To tell you the least I was very disappointed with her because the way she spoke to me in front of other customers.
She raised her voice and kept telling me it was my fault to have the hard skin since I was supposed to go every two weeks. I told her all I wanted was to have it removed the same way it was done previously by her daughter.
She kept repeating over and over so I told her if she couldn't do it it was ok so I left.
But when I got home I sent a message to her daughter since I wanted to explain to her why I left. To my surprise her mom was the one that called me the next day. II told her that I wanted to talk to her daughter but she would not put her on the phone.
I proceeded to explain to her how she made me feel in front of the other customers and she started again telling me how it was my fault by no going every two weeks and that I was blaming them for the hard skin.
I told her that I never said that since I have have this issue for years that all I want it was to have removed the same way her daughter did it the first time. But she would not listen or even try to apologize.
She would not accept her behavior the day before was not appropriate.
I ended telling let's leave it there since she continue accusing me of something I never said and that's not professional. Very disappointed with the mom.
Otherwise her daughter Jenny is super sweet and nice. But sadly I will not be going there ever again.
In order to keep customers coming back to your business you need to learn to treat them with respect. And the first person that should show that should be the owner and mother
I would off give them a 5 star because of Jenny the daughter but sadly due to her mom's attitude she brought down the level of respect and trust in this business.
Also I left another message for the daughter after my conversation with her mom because she was very polite and sweet but never heat back from her.
