My sister and I went for a pedicure. The technicians were rude and rough. They asked if we wanted the "deluxe" treatment and when we declined they persisted until we finally agreed. They were very rough, causing pain, and they talked to each other in their language the entire time. The nail job was actually acceptable, but we won't go back due to the rudeness.

They didn't listen to me .I asked for stiletto nails and the lady acted like she knew what it was. Long story short i left unhappy with crappy bully nails because they didn't listen to me complain.

My first time here, the young girl in the front was very nie and welcoming. But the lady who did my names who i will not name, cut me and left acrylic on my skin and didnt bother removing it. The way she cut my nails is uneven. She used less powder on my pinky and it looks like a home diy acrylic nails.

Terrible!!! My shellac pedicure didn’t even last 4 days!!! Did I mention she cut my toes cuticle and I was bleeding.... worst experience!!! Never going back!
