Been going here for a while now and was pleased but today they charged me $45 for my dip nails. The guy that did them said it was the color I picked, the toothless guy, the manager I think told me it was because I wanted almond shape. I showed 2 people a picture on my phone before they started and of course picked the powder and nobody said anything about higher cost. I have gotten this color and shape there before for $40. They also charged $12 to change polish on my toes, it used to be $10. He told me that everybody did this, they do not. He argued with me! I showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted and my mom was the model. She had hers done at P & P in Bella Vista for $35. Guess I’m going back there.I think they overextended themselves at Elegant Nails with their remodel and are trying to recoup their money. They won’t do it by losing customers, that’s for sure! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Honestly first time I went today and I went to get a simply pedicure and that’s it nothing crazy . I was super uncomfortable didn’t feel relaxed . The person doing my nails had no communication with me at all so I didn’t know if we where done if he wanted me to wait for them to dry .. and I left a tip simply because that’s what you do . Put I shouldn’t have . After leaving he didn’t even say good bye or anything . My friend was left there with no paper sandals to walk out with .. over unpleased and honestly 30 dollars not well spent .

They damaged my nails improperly removing gel nail polish. They peeled it off without the proper prep work, and they ground off parts of the polish digging deep trenches into my natural nail with the dremel. My nails would be in better condition if I had just peeled the polish off at home and saved the $10. Within a week 6 of my nails have broken and 8 show additional damaged further down.

I love Kim and Micheal they know their customers and they treat you fantastic. It's the only place I get my nails done at.

Typically I am biting at the bit to get in and out. I have to say this is by far the very best experience I have had in a nail salon and I am here traveling for work. Will most certainly be back. Thank you all so much! Very relaxing time.
