Literally the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I only came here because my nail salon had no open appointments and I was going on vacation the next day. The salon was dirty and crowded, and the nail techs were unbelievably unprofessional. It took almost 3 hours for a full set. The nail techs kept switching and going and doing things and coming back. My nails lasted the week i was on vacation. I wasn’t doing anything crazy because I was relaxing, on vacation? I wasn’t going to write a review, but now like I said, after just one week, 4 of my nails popped off.

Waited an hour before finally leaving. No apology, no acknowledgement while waiting. The lady who arrived after me was addressed before me when I had already been waiting for 30 minutes at that point. Not a clean place either, there were flies in the bathroom and it was overall an unclean facility. Will not be returning and would not recommend to anyone.

When I come here normally I’m satisfied with my pedicures. But this time I waited sitting with my feet in the water for an hour just for someone to start doing my nails. It was ridiculous there was only two ladies working and they told me I could come in for a certain time

I love going here. Dep is amazing and consistently does a beautiful job on my nails. I couldn't ask for any better of a salon!
