The salon is very clean and employees are very friendly. The location is easy to get to with ample parking. I'm only giving 3 stars because it was the quickest pedicure ever. There was no leg massage or lotion, just toes and that's it. The nails were not straight, one toe actually had a slant to it. The pedicure was $25. The nail color selection was okay. The gel fumes were very strong even with the back door open and a nice day. I left with a slight headache. Seems they have a big returning clientele. When I was there, there was one lady and two males working. Think I will try another salon next pedicure.

I felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable at this place because how unfriendly they are. Here is some advice for Tiffany's Nails. If you want to stop having 1 star reviews then BE FRIENDLY!!!! When your'e getting new customers, just say "Hi how are you?'" or "thank you for coming in" If yall keep up with the unfriendly attitude than you guys will definitely be out of business. Take my advice :)

Erica was extremely rude. I had an appointment with a friend. I was running late. I told my friend to tell the owner that I would be late and if someone arrived before me to take that person. When I arrived Erica said that she wasn't going to spend her time on me because I was late. She complained that it was hard to polish my nails because my hands were shaking. I apologized because I hadn't eaten all day. What if I had a condition? Plain ol rude. Never going again.

Just stopped in at 4:45 for a pedicure. All chairs were filled but no others waiting. When one of the employees asked what I wanted and I told him he said "it's going to be a while" (not even nicely). So I asked about how long....30 min, an hour....He didn't know and asked a lady. She rudely barked "1 HOUR"!
Guess they really don't want new clients. They were RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!!

Best salon in Charleston very friendly and clean.They do a great job Erica is Great .
