Ok let me say that I will return to the salon. I received the best pedicure massage I've ever had. Lorna was very kind, friendly and up front about pricing. They do try to push the sns dip set but I think it's because they're really good at it and have a really big selection. I decided against it after much discussion. ( I really like me gel nails) I think my only complaint is that I don't care for the drill to remove the old gel nail polish, I'll just tell them next time to soak my polish off.
This is not a big salon they have about 8 pedicure chairs and they do a thorough job, I'm betting if you go when they're busy it'll take longer because they are busy and don't rush their customers out of there.

The wait is like forever!! Hate the waiting... u have to wait for hours! And at times when u make an appointment it's of no use, they still make u wait regardless. The only reason I come here is because of sns and tan becuase he does a good job.Else I would rather go somewhere else and not waste my time waiting.

Poor customer service and extremely slow. I arrived at 2:50pm asked for a deluxe pedicure and and complete set of nails. Well I received the pedicure, needless to say by 4:35pm I still hadn't got started with the nails. So I paid for the previous and excited the building.
They have 5 manicurists and they cannot keep up with service SMH, that's not a good look for our of town guest looking for a salon to have last minute repairs done.

NOVA NAILS are delicate. fast, and friendly! Not to mention creative! They do SNS! ❤
I have only been here twice. the first time waa my first time getting a manicure and pedicure and the second because 2 nails fell off, BUT as soon as they saw that two nails fell off the girl (I don't know her name) apologized and took her time making sure they were perfect and beautiful the second time! She even did a little light pink, white ombre, which is gorgeous for the summer time! I love the SNS, ot last longer and looks way better than acrylic! I would recommend Nova to anyone looking for a nice spa day, or mother/daughter say out!

So I moved here from Cali. Have tried literally every nail salon in my area. Settled with this salon and again am saddened and disappointed! The quality of work is good they love SNS and stear you toward that style at all cost. Matter of fact if you aren't doing SNS they will actually take clients ahead of you....craziness...therefore...no need to make an appt because they don't matter. You can waste ur time and call if you like but won't change ur wait time. They take who ever comes in first and never deviate from that. I had an appt today at 1245 and at 115 I am still not soaking or frankly doing anything useful! I can assure u....u better block off a good few hours to simply get a fill! Stupid busy with bad management skills and practices. I also don't care for the way the crows on the far wall sit and speak in their native tongue about the customers! Please dont tell me they aren't doing that. They are avoiding using English so that they can make fun of the customers and their requests! I am again on the hunt for a new salon because they are too slow to come in on the weekdays after work and too busy not keeping their appts on the weekends to be worth it! I am super easy going but dont like my time wasted. So I am again without a salon!
