Freaking amazing as always! I sporadically have visited this location over the past 8 years.. sometimes more than a year in between visits and the same lady always takes care of me.... she is the reason for me coming back!

Nicholas was so nice and he did a great job on my nails. I'm in town on vacation so I didn't know where to go. He really made for a great experience. I'm glad I happened upon Red Nails Salon.

Just paid $40 for a full set sns on Friday and now it is Tuesday and five of my nails have already either chipped or broken. The staff was very friendly, but it's disappointing to pay so much for a service and not have them last long.

First Impressions should be pleasant!! Mine, Not!! The website gave a closing time of 9:00pm. I didn't know anything about salon and that it was in the mall. The unprofessional rep. Overly expressed (with a very, very, very rude tone) "that the mall closes at 6:00 and so do we". It's not what you say but, how you say it!! (Customer service 101)!! Horrible first impression!!🙄

Worst nail salon experience and I didn't even get to get my nails done! The only lady doing manicures told me that the wait was 40 minutes, so we told them we will go look around the mall that the nail salon was in. We asked them to call us when they are available. 40+ minutes later they did not call us. My family and I went back to check if anyone was available and they forgot about us. They told us to wait a little more so we sat down and I chose my color. They I went on google and searched up this nail salon. Wow the reviews were horrible. I personally was getting a fill in for my tip set, and I read a review that there nails fell off so easily. So I told my family we should leave, and we did, and I'm glad I did not get my nails done there.
