Ivy and Paul are wonderful. I recommend Lovely Nails & Spa to anyone. I have been a customer for over a year. I have seen bridal parties come in and even an elderly couple who needed special care. Everyone is treated respectfully.

We were last minute walk ins and they got us in. There were 4 of us. Two pedicures and two manicures. We were all happy with the results but I only gave them 4 stars because none of the employees would have conversation with customers beyond asking what color of nail polish we wanted. Had I went alone it would have been super boring.

Walk-ins are not really welcome. You need an appointment. It’s not the cleanest nail place, but their sterilization technique probably would pass health department standards. I received an adequate pedicure, but I’ve definitely had much better. Staff was not very talkative or friendly. Not quality work or service for what you pay.

Left with mixed feeling about this place. The staff appears unorganized and hurried with the clients receiving services. I had gel nails done, the edges were rough and carelessly applied. When I asked questions and pointed out flaws, the nail tech filed the roughness away. I asked if that would make them peel sooner now that the end of my nail is not over the edge with polish like it is supposed to be applied. She replied yes, nothing else was said. I paid full price for no guarantee that the application of the gel will last the worth of what I paid. I felt like they just want your money, quickly get you in and get it done (good or not) the end. Client satisfaction is not a priority.
