I have given this place 3 chances to show me differ and still dissatisfaction. I will NEVER go to this place again. They don’t even deserve a 1 star it’s more in the negatives. Went to this place on yesterday to get a Pedicure the old man did a semi decent job he took his time he wasn’t yapping with the other works because you know they talk about us in there language but anyhoo. I was charged an extra $5 for him to remove gel polish off my toes. What a complete joke. Never had I ever been to a nail salon and was charged for something I paid for you to do then charged again for the removal. This place is really a joke and there other nail salon on the other sis of the mail lower level is not any better. I went in there for a dip and both times the guy did a horrible job. if you want to waste your money for very poor service go there. SMDH

I Went here 3 weeks ago and got my nails done by Nick and they were stunning!! However, today I Went to get them filled and done like how they were 3 weeks ago. I showed the lady the picture and asked her if she could do it like how I exactly had it before or if she could please get Nick to do them. She reassured me she could 100% do them very similar to the original ones I got 3 weeks ago! So she began and did fine until I looked closer and saw so many bubbles in my nails. As soon as I told her about the bubbles she got angry and yelled at me because I didn't tell her sooner! I was hurt because how would I have known I wasn't painting them. She did try and fix some but there are still a lot of bubbles. The glitter she put on is so see through and she insured me it wouldn't be. Also when she got to doing the flower I was so ticked off and just wanted to pay and leave. I wasn't paying close attention because I was so upset and the flower doesn't look like one at all. Also the design was on opposite corners of my nail. IT LOOKS LIKE AN EGG WAD CRACKED ON MY NAIL. I was so upset I just paid and left but realized I should have complained. I'm not saying you shouldn't go here but just be careful about who you get and voice how you want your nails done!!

While getting a pedicure, my toe was cut. I didn't realize how deep it was til I left. No discount or even apologies we're offered.

DONT EVER COME HERE
The guy who did my nails did a horrible job. My cuticles are ruined. He had the audacity to ask me to pay him beforehand .....rushed. I could tell they don’t sanitize the tools they use. They should be ashamed! I wouldn’t be surprised if they get sued. The only reason I decided to try this place is because everything else was closed and I really needed a pedi to be able to wear sandals tomorrow.
