I love the service I get here! They greeted me as soon as I talked in, and did a fantastic job on my pedicure and dip powder nails. They do such a natural look on my nails, and it always stays on for weeks. This is my permanent nail salon.

I went into the nail shop and requested 2 Basic Pedicures at $25 each. One of the nail techs came over and asked did I I want to increase the price to a Tropical or a Deluxe. I specifically told her I did not want to spend anymore than for a basic pedicure for both. She advises the nail tech that is doing my feet to do a Tropical and a basic! I notice the difference in pedicures from mine and the person with me and immediately told her that is not what I requested. The nail tech continued to do my pedicure as Tropical and when attempting to pay for it I gave the cashier $60 expecting my $10 back. The cashier who was the same lady that tried to get me to do the Tropical and Deluxe, proceeded to keep my $60 and would not return my change. I had to have security come down to the nail salon and make them return my $10 in change. The absolute worst nail salon experience I've ever had in the 20 years of getting a pedicure. I do not recommend them to anyone. There's no telling who they have gotten over on or even attempted to get over on. Even the security guard was in agreance stating they have attempted to get money from many different customers and this is not their first attempt.

Worst place ever. So I went and got my nails done on Friday right... my nail polish is almost all off? Like that's never happened to me and my left index finger is ALOT thicker than the other. She literally didn't do them right. The next day it looked like I needed a fill because she tried to go so fast and didn't get close enough to my cuticles. Wasted my money and my time 😡

Worst place to get your nails done at. They charge extra for the length and every charge for Every single design. They don’t know how to do a different shape nail other than a square. The polish didn’t cover the full nails. I’m very disappointed in their service.

Normally they do my nails great but lately it seems Like there getting lazy. I went and got my nails done Monday and it's just Saturday that one of my nails are already off 😠
