The lady was nice but she was not able to speak very well in English. She didn't try to talk and kinda bounced around between fingers. She missed one while filing and I had to show her that she missed it to get her to do it. I am happy with my nails, though, as they look pretty good.

Walked in on a Monday around 2pm, tech looked right at me, walked towards me, grabbed something and left, other techs at their desks looked up but didn’t say anything to me. I understand they’re busy but a smile would of sufficed along with instruction of what they want me to do. After standing there for a minute I just left. I won’t pay money to a business that doesn’t even acknowledge me as a paying customer entering the premise.

After intense searching for a good nail salon in the area to treat myself, this place exceeded my expectations. The ladies were really sweet and did a great job. I'll be visiting again!

For several months, I had a irksome nails until I found here and no complain. I asked for a French manicure, which she did, above and beyond. Never have I ever had such perfect nails :)).

I hate to have to give this place a bad review because some of the people in this place are very nice. I gave this place a really good shot because of it! Too bad they were a continuous let down, from appointment wait time to incorrectly doing a gel manicure (gel didn’t cure—it was tacky and she ended up trying to file it off). Mistakes happen, I get it. But they charged me full price for the service and told me to come back the next day to get it fixed. No thanks!
