I normally go to Nails II to get my brows waxed but they were closed and I was going out of town. Went in and specifically told her just to clean my brows. They are very thick and they look awful thin. Got up and my brows were two completely different THIN shapes! She asked if I liked them, I told her they were too thin. She replied “Its because they’re curly!” AWFUL AWFUL experience!

Very friendly staff. She hand painted designs on my French tips and they are absolutely gorgeous!

Lili is new here.. and she does an AMAZING job!! Ive never had the “wow@ expression when my nails are done.. but I did this time! Thank you so much! ☺️

The nail tech made my cuticles bleed while filling my acrylics. I was charged $45 for a normal acrylic set, no special shape, no designs, and no gel. Their pamphlet said $30 for a basic set. Will not be returning.

Did a great job on nails but the nail tech I had became very rude because i asked about the tips of my nails. I even apologized letting her know i didnt realize she was done and she went on to say she never met anyone as picky as me and if she had known she would have told me she didnt have time and then wouldnt do my eyebrow waxing!!!! Thats not how you treat customers or run a business needless to say she missed out on a good tip
