Two thoughts. 1.Crowded. Waiting area not large enough to accommodate customers. Chairs dirty, staff seem unorganized. 2. The quality of work is awesome. Always have good results. I go there for their good work, not for peace, relaxation, or to look at a beautiful interior.

Today was my first time going here. I was just a walk in didn't have an appointment but wait wasn't long at all. Helen did a excellent job and she was so nice and went out of her way to make sure that I was happy! I will definitely be back!

Not so good experience. Had to wait 30 minutes for a fill in because the only nail tech available for some reason told me she doesn't do fill ins. They also charged me extra for shaping, since I asked and already had coffin shaped nails. The nail tech, however, did not know how to shape them. I've only had my nails done for a week, they are gels but on one of them the gel polish is chipped and all of my actual nails are separating from the nail on top. I honestly should have just left before they even did my nails. I'm sorry but I won't be going back for a looonnnng time

This was my first visit here. I scheduled an appt. ahead of time since my friend referred me here. I was greeted promptly and they were friendly. I also had my daughter with me who decided last minute to get her nails done also. So she had no appt. She did not have a long wait at all! Manicurists are friendly, fast and very knowledgeable. Listened to what I asked for as well. Best my nails have looked! Thank you Michelle!

Great place! Andrew did an amazing job with my nails and everyone there is very nice. It has a very homey atmosphere. Definitely would travel to get my nails done here!
