I think I'm in love. The customer service at this place cannot be rivaled with. I went to this place the first time because the reviews were good and I wanted to try a new place. I went for a pedicure and it was great.
About 2 weeks later I needed a manicure... (the other place I go to does a nice job, though their customer service could use some work). So I decided to try Top Ten Nails again and oh my lord, I'm never going anywhere else again!
The manicure was amazing, but it's the customer service at this place that puts it at the best nail experience I've ever had. Right when you walk in you're greeted by the owner, she's been there every time I've been in, working hard. The man that did my nails did an amazing job.
Seriously. This place is amazing. Some of the best customer service I've ever had. 10 stars!!!

This place is very good. I am able to accommodate my previous appointment to an hour later with my friend no problem. You are welcomed in with a drink menu from coffee to champagne. The service is spot on. You feel very relaxed and taken care of. The atmosphere is very nice. The place is also very clean. Really professional, clean, friendly, knowledgeable. Perhaps a little more then I'm used to paying but totally worth it, my nails look great and I feel even better! I had a really great experience. I came in on a Friday afternoon with no appointment and the wait time was fairly short. They have array of nail colors which I was really happy about. I got a full set and pedicure which both came out perfect! Be sure to check out Chloe and Sam!They are so sweet and so friendly.

I recently had an encounter with one of the employees at this business, I’m not sure if this person was a man or a female, but the employee was extremely rude to me. I arrived at 8:50 (early) because I tried coming the day before and was told to come back the next day as soon as I got there , and only two people were working. Instead of servicing more than one customer the employee felt the need that they both work on ONE customer, I had already spend hours there last Saturday getting my nails and feet done and I just needed one nail fixed. When I asked the employee To fix my nail the employee said no and just started to ignore me and started to talk to his or her coworker in another language I felt very disrespected by this employee. I felt as if the owners were there I wouldn’t have been treated so poorly. People like this shouldn’t work in customer service. If I’m spending my hard earned money somewhere I feel as if I should be treated with respect.

Chloe, Sam does a thorough job and really takes their time on perfecting your nails which I love. They pays attention to the small details and will make sure you're satisfied during the process. I like that appointments are required because I'm not rushed through like other nail salons.
Overall the place is nothing fancy but it works and that's all that matters to me.
If you're looking for a nice spa treatment then I suggest you go else where. Excellent service at a really affordable price, especially for students!
They are really lovely lady, extremely sweet and makes for good conversation. I'm happy coming here and will continue to do so.
