I have been going to Lux Nails for years and it is the BEST nail salon around! The owners Ethan and Terri are so nice and truly care about their customers. The staff is amazing, all so sweet and very nice and of course a special shout out to my girl Jackie for being the best at what she does! Go to Lux Nails you won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely horrific experience with June for a gel manicure. I chose a color that I did not know was considered nail art and was charged $10 more. Fine, she did the work so I paid and tipped well. Later that day, the edges already began chipping! I went back the next afternoon and was treated so badly by June that I had them soaked off and left. She was in such a hurry that she filed my nails down so much that they are paper thin and painful. I went because it was convenient, but save your $, there are many other reputable salons in town. Also, the language barrier was extremely difficult as there was no one who could help me translate to June.

Jackie does a great job. Always knows about newer techniques coming out or willing to learn.
Does a nice job and fast as well -so you’re not sitting there for hours just for a fill etc. Her sister kim is also great with pedicures as is Jackie.

I was there for a pedicure right when they opened, the girl who was doing my pedicure was on her phone the whole time! She had a ear piece in so she could talk. She was so wrapped up in her problems on her phone call I got a lousy pedicure. Very disappointed

Went there a year ago. The owner is unprofessional. The staff is rude and does not want to answer questions. They stop doing your nails to do a wax which is ridiculous. Poor customer service.
