I took my daughter in law my grand daughter and my self in for fill in and a manicure 💅 my tech and my grand daughters tech was nice and professional. MMy daughter in laws tech was rude. Rushed and critical. The tech could not do the nail designs that she picked out and was very opinionated and self praising. Will not return to this shop

I came in as a walk in at around 5:30pm on a weekday to get my acrylics filled with gel polish on top...
I was immediately seated, which was great. They had many nail techs on working.
It became quickly apparent that my tech, Tracy, had no regard for the quality of her work. She was rushed and sloppy, slapping acrylic down over my nails unevenly. She roughly misshaped my nails, turning the previously perfect almond into jagged points at odd angles. The gel polish she applied was globbed on in some places and barely there in others, even after three coats.
I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she would eventually go back to correct the mistakes, I don’t like to be fussy. However, when she finished applying my matte top coat and became clear that she was “finished” and satisfied with the mess, and there were bubbles popping under the paint, I asked her to correct the mistakes I saw.
Her original finished product was extremely bumpy acrylic that I had to ask her to shave down, and polish with very visible bubbly texture. She complied when I politely asked her to fix it, but the results were still sloppy.
I’ve attached pictures on my Yelp review. You can still see the shape of the bubbles, and the edges of the polish are clearly a mess.
I can’t believe I paid $30 for this, but I was in military uniform and therefore unwilling to make a scene. Please don’t waste your money here.

Such sweet sweet service for my little girl!! (Age 5 yrs) we went for Mommy and Daughter night out... they made her feel like a princess... while I got a amazing pedi too😉😊😎
They're always professional and will take the time to take great care of you... just stop by!! Lucky is magnificent at gel nails and such... just sayin😉

This place was absolutely terrible. The service, employees, and atmosphere was uncomfortable to be around. No one respected each other during my time there and this one man, Lucky, cussed me out. The owner only took off 10% off my full set. ???????? Like that was suppose to fix anything.
