I went in today to get a set of nails and my experience was amazing. Everyone was really friendly. I have some color blindness issues and they were super helpful in helping me get the right look. The man who actually did my nails did a beautiful job. He took his time and made sure everything was right. I will for sure be going back.

I have used this salon for over 7 years. They have done several service for me including my nails for my wedding! I haven't had a bad experience yet. If there has ever been an issue or something I didn't like, they have fixed it for me every time. I love going to this salon!

PAINFUL: The most painful nail salon experience of my life! Tech got them so short that the skin on the tops of my fingers feel burnt from the drill. Two of my fingers literally bled during the process and she just giggled it off and kept working with my blood on her own hand. (Ironic considering this place still has signs everywhere for mask usage... blood is ok though.)
On top of the pain, the nails are short and uneven. My nail beds surrounding the nails are completely jacked, torn from the drilling and never corrected. The paint colors are not as they were displayed, so I ended up with transparent baby pink instead of the hot pink glitter I actually picked out.. I've never experienced anything like this in a salon and I will NEVER step through the doors of this place again.

I absolutely love going here! I go every two weeks, like clock work! Chelsea is my favorite!! She always does fantastic work! They are always busy so making an appointment is a good idea! It is clean and well taken care of. I have tried many places over my life in the Tri-Cities and US Nails has been the best by far!

I visited US Nail on a friday afternoon when a friend and I decided on a whim to get a pedicure. The first 3 nail salons were booked with no room for walk-ins, which is totally understandable. US Nail had a big staff capable of taking walk-ins, of which there were many! Our nail techs were very nice and we had an enjoyable experience! I will note that during my time sitting at the front of the shop I was very disappointed to hear how rude the customers can be. I didn't hear one person ask the girl at the front how she was. Every person just told her what they NEEDED. "I need, she needs, ugh how long is the wait?" So many people seemed personally offended that they would have to wait when they were walking in with no appointment. Have some respect for others, people.
