I was referred by a acquaintance. I tried calling for two consecutive days, multiple times. I wanted to schedule an appointment. Went to voice message every time. I then made the effort to drive out of my way for a walk-in appt, or schedule an appointment for a full set of acrylics. Open sign on, doors locked. Note on the door saying stepped out for lunch be back at 1:00pm. It was 2:00 when I was there.
I wouldn’t even give them 1 Star at this point!
And for the little good reviews they have here, I’m truly puzzled HOW did you get so much as an appointment!!
What a bunch of nonsense.
My guess with the other bad reviews, is they won’t last much longer.

I’ve been here once before and had a bad experience. Since that was several years ago I figured I’ll give them another go. Walked in at 11am on a Friday and there were zero customers inside which I thought would work out awesome! Instead the man who was working continued talking on the phone before finally asking what I need. When I requested pink and whites with a design he said he doesn’t have the brush for that. No wonder they’re so dead in there. Surprised this place has been open for so long.

finally get to try the dip powder nails everyone been talking about. I’m totally in love with this new product thanks to Michelle. Great service & they keep the shop very clean. This is my place to go now!

Great customer service and my nails looked great and lasted longer than I expected! 100% would recommend others to come to this shop for great product and costumer service.

The first time I went the manicure was great but the pedicure was subpar. The nail polish on my toes rubbed off in 2 days. No joke. Usually nail polish on my toes lasts forever. I tried to go back to have another mani and they were closed even though their sign said open. I had other errands to run and came back 2 hours later and the shop is still closed. They have huge signs saying they are open 7 days a week. I’m thinking they are open when they feel like it.
